I am in Paraguay!

Hey guys!
Well, I made it last night at about 830ish. My flights were fine, except that I got stuck on in the plane in Sao Paulo for 3 hours with no air. . . 🙂 But, the trip was pretty uneventful. I was able to sleep on every flight, which was good. And I got a great night’s sleep last night, which I’m so thankful for. I did have to miss the Acercete meeting, though, because of my flight delay. So, that was a bummer, but I did get to meet some of the people who came to the meeting, as we showed up right after the meeting was over.

I had a lovely greeting by the Smiths, some missionaries here. They even had a “Katie Sawyer” sign. 🙂 I get to keep it, so if you want to see it when I get back, I can show you. Ha ha! In case you’re wondering, it is very hot here. Praise the Lord for air conditioning! Which, I’m thankful that the place I’m staying right now has it.

Everyone has been wonderful. I am already impressed by the hearts of those serving here with NTM. Please be praying for them as they are working here all the time to further the gospel to the unreached.

As always, the Lord has been so good to me. He continues to amaze me by giving me direction, helping me navigate when I don’t know what people are saying (lol), and by bringing people alongside me to encourage and love me. Thank you for praying for me!

Well, I’m off for now! I will try to update again sometime when I have a bit more time and with my schedule so you can know how to specifically pray for me and the people here.
